Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Windows Cisco SAN Switch Admin Brocade SAN Switch Admin and NetApp Storage Administration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support. This position does not require travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the administration of Cisco SAN Switches to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Provide support and maintenance for Brocade SAN Switches to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.
  • Administer NetApp Storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks to meet business objectives.

    • Qualifications
  • Possess strong experience in Windows server administration.
  • Have extensive knowledge of Cisco SAN Switch administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing Brocade SAN Switches.
  • Show expertise in NetApp Storage Administration.
  • Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with night shifts.
  • Have a commitment to maintaining system security and data integrity.
  • Show experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
