Senior Process Executive - Live underwriting

Roles and responsibilities

The process associate is expected to process items accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity. He/she will report to the Team Leader, who will be the first point of contact for any issues, questions, or concerns.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Productivity:

• Process associate is expected to meet or exceed the set / agreed target both during the training period and in the period following training.
• The productivity targets will be revised based on the tenure and any such changes will be made known to the associate.

Quality:

• Process associate is expected to meet and exceed the minimum quality benchmark according to the guidelines specified.
• The quality targets will be revised based on the tenure and any such changes will be made known to the associate.

Feedback:

• Senior Process associate/Process Expert is expected to be open and receptive to feedback and should view the feedback mechanism as a tool for constant self-improvement and process development

Desired Profile

• 4+ years of Experience in end to end underwriting
• Candidate should well verse with CFPB guidelines for mortgage underwriting, exposure in HUD handbook, Income calculations for salaried and self-employed borrowers, In-depth Credit report review which includes credit lines and liabilities calculations.
• Candidate should have knowledge to prepare Modification worksheet, Title review(Lien & Judgement), Appraisal review, live underwriting.
• Should have good knowledge in 4Cs
• Document knowledge of hardship letter, bank statement, paystub, profit & loss, RMA etc.
• Knowledge of forbearance, partial claim, deed -in- lieu & Shortsale process
• Responsible for pipeline review and follow up with different teams.
• Should be self-motivated and proactive
• Candidate has to manage pipeline for own/team, regular follow up with other teams to get the documents like Title, appraisal etc. on time and avoid getting file in extension.
• Internal quality check for loans worked by juniors and responsibility of new hire training
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in Night & rotational shifts.
