Urgent Hiring for Client Service Executive (Job Code: CHDCS) 1-3 Years - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Anticipate client concerns or issues and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor client accounts to identify growth opportunities and recommend additional services or products.
- Track client activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively educate clients and address their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and objectives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to drive product improvements and enhancements.
