Inbound Executive

Hi there! We are urgently hiring Customer Service Executives for International (UK) Voice Process! Immediate Joiners Required

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to offer accurate information and support.
• Resolve complaints effectively without escalation.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell products.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Adhere to compliance and performance standards.
• Work flexible rotational shifts (including UK shifts).
• Meet daily productivity targets and break schedules.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in telecom customer service and upselling is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing shifts and business needs.
• Must live within the organizations transport boundaries.
