Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in bench sales and will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and placing consultants in suitable roles across various job portals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidates and follow up on their status.
  
• Post job openings on various job portals and match candidate profiles with job requirements.
  
• Source and screen potential candidates from job portals, postings, and networking.
  
• Edit and format candidate resumes to ensure consistency and accuracy before presenting to clients.
  
• Handle candidate negotiations, paperwork validation, and ensure closure for assigned requisitions.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
  
• Ensure that daily and overall placement targets are met.
  
• Submit consultants to job openings and follow up with vendors and clients.
  
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
  
• Manage consultant support and assist in resolving performance-related queries.
  
• Maintain professional relations with clients, vendors, and team members.
  

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in bench sales or related field.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC).
  
• Understanding of employment types such as W2, Corp-to-Corp, and 1099.
  
• Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, and other networking sites for sourcing candidates.
  
• Excellent phone etiquette and cold-calling skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
