Position: US IT Recruiter (WFO)

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Location of Posting: Hyderabad (HITEC CITY)

Timings - 07:30PM - 04:30AM

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Minimum

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and ensure a tailored, efficient recruitment process.
• Leveraging multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
• Conducting interviews, reference checks, and ensuring all candidates meet job specifications and compliance standards.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and proactive in sourcing top IT talent.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Adept at managing multiple concurrent searches while ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment laws.
