Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, conducting user research, and prototyping solutions that elevate the user experience across web and mobile applications.

Your expertise in interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and Figma will be essential in crafting user-centered designs that meet both business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

- Analyze data to inform design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping :

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and test design concepts with stakeholders and users.

- Develop prototypes to showcase the interaction flow and functionality of designs.

Interaction Design :

- Design seamless, user-friendly interactions that optimize the user experience.

- Create intuitive navigation structures, micro-interactions, and animations.

Visual Design (UI Design) :

- Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance usability.

- Ensure consistency in visual design across all platforms.

Web Design Interaction :

- Focus on responsive and accessible design for web applications.

- Design with mobile-first principles, ensuring that designs are adaptable and scalable.

User Flows :

- Design clear and efficient user flows that ensure users can easily navigate through applications and accomplish their goals.

Design System :

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products and improving design efficiency.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams :

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet business goals.

Iterate Based on Feedback :

- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.

- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.

- Experience in conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and using insights to drive design decisions.

- Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems and consistent UI components.

- Ability to design responsive web interfaces and mobile-first designs.

- Knowledge of user flows, information architecture, and wireframing techniques.

- Experience with agile workflows and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

- A solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or similar digital product environments.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better communication with development teams.

- Familiarity with usability testing tools (e. , UserTesting, Lookback, Hotjar)
