Job Title : POLICY ADMINiSTRATION SYSTEM (PAS) CONSULTANT

What You'll Do:

As a PAS Functional Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our growth story, leading it from the front. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, take charge and make an impact. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

- Solution Design : Design and recommend tailored solutions that meet client needs, leveraging industry best practices and integrating with existing systems. Solutions may include PAS implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements. Experience working with at least one PAS platform like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, OneShield Enterprise on the P&C side and / or FAST, DXC (Ingenium, WMA, CyberLife etc.) on L&A is required.

- Client Consultation : Act as a subject matter expert in Life & Annuities and/or Property & Casualty Insurance, specializing in Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Understand and analyze client business requirements related to policy administration.

- Be a Problem-Solver : Analyze the PAS function (end to end) in the industry, looking for current/future trends, processes that need efficiency improvements, business areas and opportunities where Visionet should focus and build solutions driven by technology

- Industry Insight : Make a difference and stand out by staying updated on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to Policy Administration

- Drive Change: We're growing fast, and we want you to help us initiate and shape our Insurance PAS offerings. Your insights will directly influence how we improve and innovate as a vertical

What We're Looking For:

- Industry & Business Knowledge : Minimum of 6 years of experience in functional consulting roles within the L&A or P&C insurance industry, with a strong focus on Policy Administration Systems (PAS). In addition, exposure to the full lifecycle for Life & Annuities is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of L&A products (e.g., UL, VUL, RILA, FIA, FA) is essential. Good to have knowledge of P&C business lines (e.g. Personal & commercial lines)

- Technical Knowledge : Proficiency with PAS solutions specific to Life & Annuity and/or Property &Casualty insurance, such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, OneShield Enterprise etc. on the P&C side and / or FAST, DXC((Ingenium, WMA, CyberLife etc.) on L&A , etc. with experience in admin system conversion, new product implementation, integration with upstream and downstream applications, understanding of agent / broker / firm hierarchy and knowledge of DTCC (App/Sub/FAR) formats/integration.
