Role : Salesforce Test Engineer - SFDC Testing (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)

Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience : 7+ Years

Shift- 1PM to 10PM ( 3 days WFO-Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)

L2 round will be F2F mandatory

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Engineer with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong automation skills (Selenium, Postman) and experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze Salesforce Architecture, including upstream and downstream system interactions.

- Review and interpret requirement documents, data models, and data mapping for test planning.

- Develop and execute functional, regression, and API test cases for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.

- Perform API testing using Postman and validate responses using SQL queries.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD automation frameworks using Jenkins and GitHub.

- Conduct web and mobile application testing for functionality and usability.

- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices.

- Document and track test results using JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.

Key Skills & Experience Required :

- Salesforce Testing Expertise - At least 4+ years of experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

- Automation Testing - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.

- API Testing - Strong experience with Postman for API validation and testing.

- SQL Skills - Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for backend verification.

- CI/CD & Version Control - Experience with Jenkins and GitHub for test automation pipelines.

- Agile/Scrum Environment - Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr.

- Strong Analytical & Debugging Skills - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize test scenarios.

- Web & Mobile Testing - Hands-on experience with testing web and mobile applications for usability and performance.

- Excellent Communication & Collaboration - Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Testing.

- Knowledge of Performance Testing tools is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud-based Salesforce implementations.
