Bluvium Technologies - Senior Salesforce Quality Automation Engineer (4-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for Salesforce platforms using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TOSCA, ACCELQ, or Provar Automation.

- Provide accurate high-level effort estimates on assigned QA tasks, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in task execution.

- Independently handle QA items, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce org/system infrastructure to troubleshoot issues and engage relevant engineering teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation framework challenges, ensuring reliable and efficient test execution.

- Investigate customer-reported problems, test bugs, manage bug reports, and capture appropriate logs in Salesforce for issue diagnosis.

- Handle technical communications, understand customer systems, and collaborate with deployment teams to resolve system-level issues.

- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce team on application support, communication, analysis, testing, and implementation activities.

- Stay updated on product developments to anticipate environmental or code modifications and contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures.

- Adhere to pre-defined processes, instructions, guidelines, and policies while executing day-to-day tasks.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing on test automation methodologies and tools.

Skills :

- Over 4 years of experience in Salesforce test automation, specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

- Advanced expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TOSCA, ACCELQ, Provar Automation, and Cypress.

- Mandatory proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, with strong hands-on experience in testing and QA of Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce-integrated applications.

- Extensive knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and REST Assured, along with experience in Web Services testing through tools like ReadyAPI.

- In-depth understanding of CI/CD principles and their integration with test automation.

- Proficient in UI, regression, performance, usability, acceptance, and ad-hoc testing methodologies.

- Skilled in reviewing and creating comprehensive test cases, with experience conducting end-to-end testing prior to UAT.

- Salesforce Administrator or ISTQB Certification is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with ISTQB standards, showcasing exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of QA findings.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams or independently, with a proactive mindset for learning new methodologies and technologies.
