Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce CPQ Development :

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support sales processes.

- Develop and configure pricing rules, product bundles, discounting logic, and approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ.

Custom Development :

- Create custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components to enhance CPQ functionality.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems and applications via APIs.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and user guides.

Testing and Deployment :

- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing for CPQ features and enhancements.

- Deploy CPQ solutions in a structured and efficient manner using CI/CD pipelines.

Support and Optimization :

- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to CPQ configurations and customizations.

- Optimize CPQ processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Required Skills :

Core Salesforce Expertise :

- Proficient in Salesforce CPQ (formerly Steelbrick) configuration and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.

- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with deployment tools (e.g., ANT Migration Tool, SFDX).

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform Developer I/II.
