Python Full Stack Developer - React.js/AngularJS (12-14 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end
solutions across both the front-end and back-end of applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django, Flask) for back- end and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js) for front-end development.

- Work on all layers of the application stack, including front-end, back-end, and database management.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different components of the application.

- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Develop and optimize databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure application access and data privacy.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application stack.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development and Python programming.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and help maintain coding standards across the team.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong background in Python (Django, Flask) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Proven experience in database management, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing database performance.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, including creating, testing, and integrating APIs.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.

- Experience in implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, or similar technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an agile development environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with GraphQL and real-time technologies (WebSockets, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud-native applications and infrastructure as code.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
