Oracle HCM Technical Consultant - Support & Implementation (12-16 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Oracle HCM applications and possess the ability to develop and implement technical solutions. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premise applications, including system configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and more.

- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions using Oracle tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts).

- Design and implement system integrations with other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, and other integration tools.

- Support data migration and conversion strategies to ensure smooth transitions between systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle HCM systems, including performance optimization and error resolution.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements and Oracle HCM best practices.

- Ensure data integrity and security through proper configuration and system monitoring.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM applications, including updates and enhancements.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for custom solutions, configurations, and integrations.

- Mentor and support junior technical consultants.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications (Cloud or On-Premise), with a focus on technical roles.

- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM technical tools, such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts.

- Experience with system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Oracle SOA Suite.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML for custom development and reporting.

- Experience with data migration, conversion, and loading tools (e.g., HDL, FBDI).

- Strong understanding of security and data privacy considerations within Oracle HCM systems.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both functional and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Cloud Infrastructure.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its integration with HCM applications.
