Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator with expertise in Windows L3 administration, automation (PowerShell), and SolarWinds L2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Windows-based systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Windows L3 Administration :

- Manage and maintain Windows servers and infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to ensure high availability and performance.

- Perform system upgrades, patching, and security updates.

Automation and Scripting :

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system optimization.

- Automate routine administrative tasks and workflows.

SolarWinds Support :

- Handle SolarWinds L2 administration and monitoring tasks.

- Configure and maintain SolarWinds tools for network and systems performance monitoring.

Operational Support :

- Perform system health checks and performance tuning.

- Manage incident response and root cause analysis for high-priority issues.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-related requirements.

- Maintain detailed documentation of systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements :

Experience : 6-10 years of relevant experience in Windows Administration.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Windows server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds (L2 level).

Other Skills :

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Availability :

- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24x5).
