Network Design Engineer - Grafana (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled Network Design Engineer who has experience in designing, building, deploying, and scaling Network Management System (NMS) tools such as LibreNMS or OpenNMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engaging with customers, gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, documenting solutions, and guiding NMS engineers in customizing platforms and addressing issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, deploy, and scale NMS tools like LibreNMS or OpenNMS.

- Engage with customers to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Document solutions and provide clear guidance to NMS engineers.

- Customize NMS platforms to meet specific customer needs and address any issues that arise.

- Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualization purposes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of NMS tools.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing, building, deploying, and scaling NMS tools (LibreNMS, OpenNMS).

- Proficiency in Grafana for monitoring and visualization.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
