Project Manager - MS Dynamics (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience managing projects involving Microsoft Dynamics implementations or customizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a solid technical grasp of MS Dynamics to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects related to Microsoft Dynamics implementation, customization, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to achieve project goals.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for integration and support activities.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, plans, timelines, and lessons learned.

- Support user training, change management, and post-implementation review activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., Dynamics 365, AX, CRM, or Business Central).

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

- Familiarity with MS Dynamics modules, including configuration and customization workflows.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.

- Work hand in hand with the Business PM to develop and help manage the IT project plan for the Harrogate Project.

1. Coordinate and oversee IT aspects of the project plan, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

2. Drive the team towards an on-time delivery of the IT tasks / business requirements.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with integration of MS Dynamics with third-party applications.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

- Exposure to data migration strategies and tools used with MS Dynamics.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
