ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/GRC Modules (3-5 yrs)

Job Title : ServiceNow Mid Developer - GRC, ITSM & ITOM

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) :

- Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Audit Management).

- Develop workflows and automation for risk assessments, compliance tracking, and issue management.

- Ensure alignment with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR.

- Integrate GRC with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules to streamline compliance reporting.

ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) :

- Develop, configure, and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, and Asset Management.

- Implement Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and SLA Management.

- Automate IT service workflows and improve ticketing efficiency.

- Work with ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics for ITSM metrics.

ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) :

- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.

- Automate infrastructure management through workflow orchestration and integration.

- Improve CMDB data quality and ensure accurate relationships between IT assets and services.

- Work on ITOM integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Required Skills :

- ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and ITOM expertise

- Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies

- ServiceNow Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

- Knowledge of ACLs, role-based security, and data governance

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - GRC, ITSM, ITOM

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting

- Experience with third-party integrations and automation

- Exposure to Cloud and DevOps tools for ITOM automation
