Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Tetration Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve hands-on implementation and deployment of Cisco's Tetration platform, focusing on segmentation, security, compliance, behavioral forensics, and vulnerability detection for workload protection in data centers. The role will also involve integration with other Cisco products, including CWOM, AppDynamics, and core data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Tetration Platform Expertise : Deploy and manage Cisco Tetration for workload protection, focusing on segmentation, compliance, behavioral forensics, vulnerability detection, and security dashboarding.

- Cisco Data Center (DC) Skills : Leverage strong knowledge of Cisco Data Center profiles and integrate Tetration with other core Cisco DC products such as CWOM and AppDynamics.

- Cloud Networking : Work with cloud networking and hybrid workloads, ensuring integration with Cisco Tetration for visibility and protection.

- Application Security & Micro-Segmentation : Ensure micro-segmentation and application security by leveraging Tetration for workload profiling and protection.

- Deployment & Integration : Hands-on experience in Tetration installation and integration with other DC products and security tools.

- Use Case Implementation : Implement Tetration use cases including segmentation, compliance, behavioral analysis, vulnerability detection, and security monitoring.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for the Tetration platform.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Cisco Tetration Expertise : In-depth understanding of Cisco Tetration, including segmentation, workload protection, security dashboarding, sensor deployment, and vulnerability detection.

- Data Center (DC) Skills : Strong familiarity with Cisco Data Center profiles and integration of Tetration with other DC infrastructure.

- Cloud Networking & Hybrid Workload : Good understanding of cloud networking and integration of Tetration with hybrid workloads.

- Application Security & Micro-Segmentation : Expertise in application security and micro-segmentation within a data center environment.

- Use Case Deployment : Proven track record of deploying Tetration capabilities such as segmentation, behavioral forensics, and vulnerability detection.

- Integration with Cisco DC Products : Hands-on experience integrating Tetration with CWOM, AppDynamics, and other Cisco DC infrastructure.

- Competency Level : Expected competency level should be L3 or at least above L2 for the Tetration platform.

Qualifications :

- Experience : At least 5+ years working with Cisco Tetration and Data Center products.

- Expertise : Proficiency in segmentation, workload profiling, application security, and micro-segmentation.

- Hands-on Deployment : Must have experience in Tetration installation, configuration, and management.

- Cloud Networking : Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises data center solutions.
