Technical Recruiter / HR

• We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to join our team
• This role will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees

Work you'll do

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Help with employee relations issues, including addressing complaints and mediating conflicts
• Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including planning events and activities
• Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and records
• Handling attendance and leave management

Qualifications - Required skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field1-2 years of experience in an HR-related roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software (eg HRIS, ATS)
