Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 10+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and execute complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, helping clients optimize their marketing automation, engagement, and personalization strategies. You will leverage your expertise to provide valuable insights, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure that clients achieve measurable success with their Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Cloud Consulting & Strategy:
   
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to understand their needs and develop customized Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Lead the discovery and design phases of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with client marketing objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations on best practices for marketing automation, customer journeys, email marketing, and data management.
2. Solution Design & Implementation:
   
• Design and implement end-to-end marketing solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.
• Architect and configure complex marketing automation workflows, personalized email campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and external systems to create a unified marketing ecosystem.
3. Customization & Optimization:
   
• Customize Marketing Cloud using AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and other technologies to meet specific client requirements.
• Optimize marketing automation processes to drive customer engagement, improve lead nurturing, and enhance ROI on marketing spend.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement of marketing strategies.
4. Project Leadership & Client Management:
   
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, business analysts, and consultants to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide clients with ongoing support and guidance post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high client satisfaction.
5. Training & Knowledge Transfer:
   
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, tools, and features.
• Share knowledge and insights on emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, and marketing automation.
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
   
• Mentor junior consultants and support staff in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies and project management best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, and more.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, API integrations, and other customization techniques in Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in data management, segmentation, and audience targeting within Marketing Cloud.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) highly preferred.
