Salesforce Interaction Studio Specialist - Marketing Cloud (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Interaction Studio Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio, helping businesses manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through real-time, data-driven interactions.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.

- Design and optimize customer journey mappings and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce tools and platforms.

- Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Interaction Studio.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Interaction Studio.

- Provide insights and reports based on campaign performance and customer behavior data.

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio.

- Strong understanding of personalization, customer engagement, and journey mapping.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools.

- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot Salesforce Interaction Studio with other marketing platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
