Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company s workforce needs. If you have a knack for connecting with people, possess excellent communication skills, and are familiar with recruitment tools and strategies, we would love to meet you!

Skills

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Maintain and update recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
