Code Brew Labs - Senior UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (3-5 yrs)

Local Candidates are preferred (Chandigarh, Mohali).

Experience : Minimum 3 years.

Location : Sector 83, Mohali.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct research and analyze user experience design requirements to enhance the overall usability of our digital assets.

- Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.

- Produce high-quality design deliverables such as wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.

- Design key UI elements like navigation menus, search bars, tabs, and widgets for our digital products.

- Test and optimize UI components, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, and link structures, to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, designers, and other stakeholders to create tailored, user-friendly digital experiences.

- Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing techniques to better understand and predict user behavior.

- Ensure consistency in typography, visual design, and branding across all user interfaces.

Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your work on both web and mobile platforms.

- Proficiency in design tools and technologies such as Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
