Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (2-3 yrs)

Location : Sector 48, Gurgaon

Work from office : 5 days a week

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points.

- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and user-centered designs.

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Spinny's design system.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

- Experience with user research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for creating user-friendly and delightful experiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing for mobile and web platforms.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing.

- Experience with design systems
