Position Overview :
As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives. The the ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual experiences.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Produce a strong conceptual and expressive visual design that is engaging and reflects a cohesive visual style and tone.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
- Produce high-quality visual assets that enhance user experience and effectively communicate key messages.
- Determines the visual appearance of our platform and products maintaining a visual language that is coherent, contemporary, and compelling.
- Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps.
- Design original Graphics and visual elements for and design systems. Including Page layouts, Color systems typographical hierarchies, Charting styles, Illustrations & Icons.
- Creates production-ready resource files for product implementation, Willingness to help document and maintain the visual elements of a design system
- Plan and lead Visual design activities for various internal products, learning experiences and instructional design material.
- consulting with the Product and Tech teams and determining visual design preferences and expectations.
- Designing community interactions, and creating content and engagement around UI UX Design.
- Mentor, inspire, and support junior members of the design team.
Skills & Experience :
- You should be experienced across digital platforms and have a sound working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, Sketch.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Visual/ Communication Design, or a related field.
- 0 - 5 experience in visualizing Websites, software applications, illustration, and branding.
- Deep understanding of visual design concepts such as Color Psychology, Typography, Iconography.
- Present and stand for your design while having an open mind for criticism and harsh feedback as and when required.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
- Good Communication Skills
