Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively across diverse audiences, contexts, and situations, ensuring clarity and impact in both written and verbal formats.
Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead and support large-scale organizational change while minimizing disruption and maintaining employee morale.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, mediate conflicts, and inspire teams at all levels.
