Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to schedule construction activities for piling works
- Responsible to maintain quality, work as per drawings / design / instructions
- Solve the problems related to site works and ensure the scheduled progress in accordance with Project schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining record & updating the same for relevant set of documents such as latest revision drawings, procedures, schedule/ plan, formats, inspection reports, QAP / ITP etc.
- Planning & distribution of resources in effective manner to get maximum out-put and to meet the daily production targets or project targets
- Maintaining record for utilized & unutilized hours of the P & M on day to day basis
- Coordinating with project team, client, consultant, TPI, contractors, suppliers etc.
- Responsible for executing & supervising the works in accordance with Project Specification & approved Method Statement and ensuring works achieved daily targets. Reporting of any lapses in timely manner towards immediate supervisor.
- Responsible for preparing all project related document like progress reports, inspection reports, billing work, BOQ, BBS, activity planning etc & taking approval from respective department/concern person
- Responsible to restrict the all means of wastages or manipulations
- Conduct daily toolbox talks with Supervisors & workforce. Ensure adherence to ISO and HSE standards and procedures related to work area. Report in timely manner towards immediate supervisor for any untoward incident/event.
