Safety Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and training programs.
  
• Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules that prioritize safety while meeting deadlines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of ADIS (Automatic Data Identification System), construction safety, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety & Health) certifications preferred.
  
• Proven track record of developing effective safety plans and conducting successful audits.
