Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance:

Applying for various registrations for CLRA, BOCW, ISMW PAN India.

Various registrations PF, ESIC, PT, LWF,

• Assisting the team Members – For preparing various letters under Labour Acts.
• Assisting in UAN Activation / KYC updation/ updating the person -email , contact details, re-setting password credentials/ filing e-nomination / Transfer / withdrawal
• Visiting the Govt Authority for submissions

Knowledge of preparing the challans will be added advantage on the statutory portals with respect to PF ESIC LWF and PT

• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulatory authorities.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to compliance.
• Upkeeps records of regulatory Statutory record (authorized nomination /authorized KYC/Correction/ EPFO communications/ Returns & original application VPF /EPF /NPS/ voluntary investment under 80CCD

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance management software.
