Job Posting: Safety Officer - High Priority Vacancy

We are hiring for the position of Safety Officer for the Sipat Bilaspur location in a prestigious BHEL Project. This is a high-priority vacancy, and we are looking for immediate joiners.

Qualifications:

B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering

ADIS or PDIS certification

Salary Range: ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 in hand

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections at the project site to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment.

Provide training and guidance to workers on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Maintain safety records and generate reports on site safety performance.

Conduct accident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Ensure the use of appropriate safety equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Collaborate with the project management team to promote a culture of safety on-site.

Ensure proper documentation and filing for safety-related incidents and inspections.

Conduct safety audits and implement improvements as required.

Respond to emergency situations and take necessary actions to mitigate risk.
