Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Work Location: Bangalore


The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing relationships with key

clients or customers of ZingHR. The primary goal will be to maintain and grow these accounts,

ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maximize revenue opportunities.\

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure their needs are met

effectively.

  • Understand the client's business objectives and challenges to provide solutions that

meet their goals.


Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to

develop strategies to increase revenue from key accounts.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and

action plans.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify

opportunities and threats for key accounts.


Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring terms are favorable for

both parties.

  • Review and manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns

promptly.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their feedback and improve service

delivery


.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track key account metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting account

performance and strategies for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the HCM/HRMS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the HCM/HRMS
  • Certification in key account management or sales (e.g., Certified Key Account Manager).
