1. Role Focus: Design and enhance user experiences and interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
2. Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of user-friendly designs.
3. User Research: Gather requirements from clients, conduct user research, and analyze competitor interfaces.
4. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma.
5. UI/UX Design: Design visually engaging, cohesive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
6. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make iterative improvements.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to ensure design and technical alignment.
8. Design System Maintenance: Develop and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency across products.
9. Stay Updated: Keep informed of design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas as relevant.
10. Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are accessible and responsive, following WCAG guidelines.
11. Required Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, user-centric design principles, and collaboration.
12. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
