Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. to join our team. This role will work closely with our product, business and development teams to develop user-friendly and attractive Mobile interfaces that align with business goals and user needs. You have to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. You should have advanced skills in the problem solving and familiarity with the technical constraints and limitations. You will play a critical role in the design and development of innovative mobile solutions. You will share your passion and experience with others and encourage a collaborative culture as well as supporting less experienced team mates to grow and develop.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Developing features to enhance the user experience. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring app design is optimized for smartphones for maximum speed and scalability by building reusable code for future use.
• Plan and prioritize your work, with the appropriate input from others and collaborating with developer, test engineers and 3rd parties.
• Build up a solid understanding of the domain you are working in, and proactively identify and clarify new requirements.
• Have excellent skills in problem-solving; be proficient in communicating with team members, seniors, and clients.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Understanding of SOLID principles & Clean Architecture.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of Hybrid Mobile development concepts to develop React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
• Writing clean and maintainable code along with unit tests to ensure the quality of the product.
• 4+ years of experience in React Native development, with a strong portfolio of apps.
• Expertise in state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices for iOS and Android and familiarity with build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across the entire tech stack.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
• Experience with consuming and managing RESTful APIs.
