Roles and Responsibilities

As a Cluster Manager at Zepto, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple cafes within your designated region. Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of cafe operations: Ensuring that all cafes within the cluster are operating smoothly, efficiently, and consistently meeting Zepto’s operational standards.
• Team leadership and training: Leading, mentoring, and training cafe managers and staff to foster a high-performing culture.
• Performance tracking and improvement: Monitoring key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory management, and implementing improvements to achieve targets.
• Customer experience: Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience at all times, and promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
• New store openings: Overseeing the setup and launch of new cafes when applicable.
• Cost management: Ensuring efficient use of resources and managing operational costs effectively.
• Compliance and standards: Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and company policies across all cafes.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Experience: 5-10 years in the QSR industry with a proven track record in operations management, particularly in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end store operations, key performance metrics, and business growth strategies.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and training skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• New Store Opening: Bonus points for candidates with experience in new store openings and scaling operations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
