Job Brief

Delivery Management - Responsible for all aspect of delivery engagements

Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning - Responsible for driving business strategy, financial planning, budgets, and finalization of future ready account models.

P/L & Cost Optimization - Ensuring meeting revenue numbers from existing accounts, growth via new accounts and new business existing accounts. Running Cost optimization initiatives to reduce cost, margin improvements, increasing profitability using various levers. Sales, Proposal Development and Large Deals - Engagement in large deals for from RFI, ,Deal Negotiation to contract winning, and closure.

Client Engagement - Managing key client stakeholders for accounts management, business renewals, growth, and operation management., developing relationships with key stakeholders. People Management - Ensuring healthy work culture and intrusive growth for work force ,prompting diversity and career growth by creating opportunities. Incentivizing talent and developing future leaders from the existing workforce.

Stakeholder Management - Managing key stakeholders from various business units, ensuring delivery in complex matrix structure within organization business units/ group and third-party vendors for smooth onboarding and transition of new and existing accounts.

Account Management - Managing large accounts from onboarding, transitioning & transformation, and operations. Managing service delivery for Infrastructure services for large accounts ensuring meeting delivery metrics.

Performance Monitoring Establish key performance indicators to track delivery performance, regularly assessing progress & implementing corrective actions to drive operational excellence. Leadership cadence - Part of the senior leadership driving various initiatives for business growth, people development, technology, and automation.

Must Have

• Strong delivery background , Full-fledged Managed Services support experience.
• Infrastructure background only - IT Infrastructure, experience in DC Operations management with exposure on database, OS, server management.
• Hands on experience in managing and driving delivery for a larger setup (50100-member team)
• Good communication
• Strong client and stakeholder management and escalation handling
• Catering to BFSI domestic customers - Mandatory
• Should be flexible to visit various accounts in Chennai
