Job Description: -

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager with 8+ years of project management experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with proven expertise in successfully implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across industries, managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, and stakeholder involvement.
• Oversee resource allocation and project progress tracking.
• Utilize verification techniques to manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Measure performance and mitigate risks to minimize project setbacks.
• Conduct discovery, needs analysis, and align with stakeholders on solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful ERP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
