About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Web Operations Manager at CLOUDSUFI, you'll play a critical role in driving our digital strategy, ensuring a secure and engaging website experience, and managing our social media presence to inspire and connect with our audience. You'll be the lead in enhancing website performance, optimizing SEO, boosting engagement, and fostering a dynamic, secure digital environment for our users. Responsibilities:
1. Website Management and Security:
Lead the management of our website, ensuring seamless performance, user-friendly navigation, and optimal load times.
Own website security by implementing proactive measures, monitoring vulnerabilities, and collaborating with IT to ensure data protection.
Conduct regular audits and ensure the website meets Core Web Vitals benchmarks, enhancing both security and performance.
2. SEO Strategy and Optimization:
Drive SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, focusing on keyword optimization, technical SEO, and content relevance.
Conduct keyword research and work with the content team to create high-value, search-optimized content that aligns with business goals.
Monitor and analyse website traffic and search performance, implementing data-driven adjustments to maximize visibility.
3. User Engagement and Conversational Optimization:
Enhance user experience (UX) by optimizing website structure, creating engaging content, and improving conversion paths.
Develop and execute strategies to increase pages per session, time on site, and reduce bounce rates.
Lead A/B testing initiatives for content layout, calls-to-action, and other on-page elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
4. Social Media and Digital Presence:
Develop and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms, engaging with the community and increasing brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create shareable content, manage social campaigns, and analyse social media metrics.
Leverage social media to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyse key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, social engagement, etc.) to track performance and guide decision-making.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports on website performance, SEO, and social media engagement, highlighting successes and recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related role with a strong track record in SEO, UX, and social media strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of website security best practices, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficient in web analytics, conversion optimization, and engagement metrics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with experience in growing and managing a brand presence.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
