Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Online Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across various platforms.
- You will lead digital marketing efforts, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Management:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Track and report KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Lead and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
- Build and execute link-building strategies, and ensure quality backlinks are acquired.
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions for on-site optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure the success of SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Adjust strategies based on data analysis and changing business needs.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Guide junior team members and provide mentorship where necessary.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners when required for campaign execution.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage and allocate digital marketing budgets for maximum impact and ROI.
- Track spending and optimize campaigns to stay within budget while achieving target metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and SEO
- Expertise in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing high-budget PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation industries.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and innovations.
