Job Description
As a Frontend Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision and execution of our product development team. You will lead a team of talented engineers, mentor their growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Your expertise in frontend development will be instrumental in building innovative and user-centric products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of frontend engineers.
2. Mentor and develop engineers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Frontend Development:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable frontend applications.
2. Optimize application performance and scalability for large-scale deployment
3. Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices.
5. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
- Project Management:
1. Lead and manage software development projects from inception to deployment.
2. Estimate project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
3. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Problem-Solving:
1. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Architecture Design:
1. Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
2. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our systems.
Required Experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in frontend software development.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native).
Experience with GCP and deployment at scale.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Aramco or any oil and natural gas organization is a plus
6+ years of experience in frontend software development.
