Job Description
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce functionalities.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and improve quality standards.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation and provide regular progress updates.
What We re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce QA or a related field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components (a plus).
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
