Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Validate data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

Candidate Profile
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience as a QA Specialist, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and its capabilities.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
