Job Description
- Salesforce CPQ QA: [Manual (75%) + Automation (25%)]
- They should have worked on the following Objects of CPQ, Marketing, Cloud/Sales Cloud. Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Orderline items Service contract, Renewal, Amendment, Assets,
- Have Hands-on Experience in Automation (Selenium) (Must)
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Validate data integrity and ensure data migration accuracy.
- Provide detailed reports on testing activities, including test results, defects, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in software testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to ensure testing practices are current.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Salesforce DX, Selenium, or similar.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of web services and API testing.
