Job Description

8+ years of experience working with SaaS-based partner portals (e.g., Impartner, Allbound, Zift, or similar platforms)
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including integration of external systems with Salesforce
- Proven experience managing VIP and Front-End Rewards programs in partner portals
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, data models, and API-based integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools to extract actionable insights
- Proficiency in integrating partner portals with CRM and other systems
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies
- Ability to assess complex business and technical requirements, translating them into effective solutions
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners
