You’ll transform business needs and problems into clear tasks, coordinate with clients, own projects end-to-end, and ensure work gets delivered through seamless teamwork. Salesforce experience is a plus (we’d love it!), but not a must - what we need most is your knack for driving projects to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down business requirements and problems into actionable tasks, setting clear priorities and timelines.
• Own the full lifecycle of projects—planning, execution, and delivery—taking accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and keep them in the loop with crisp updates.
• Drive work delivery by collaborating with team members, ensuring everyone’s aligned and tasks are completed on schedule.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with Cloudsheer’s vision and beta-phase insights.
• Spot risks early, solve issues fast, and adapt plans as we refine our approach.
• Manage resources, budgets, and deadlines to keep everything humming efficiently.
• Build a team vibe where accountability and support go hand-in-hand.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Project Manager experience (1+ years preferred) in tech, software, or similar fields.
• Sharp ability to turn vague problems or client asks into structured, doable tasks.
• Stellar client coordination skills—confident, clear, and proactive in communication.
• Ownership mentality—you see projects through, no excuses.
• Team player who can rally colleagues, delegate effectively, and get work done together.
• Comfort with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello to keep projects on track.
• Bonus: Salesforce know-how (configuration, implementation, or integration)—not required, but a big plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setup—beta life keeps us on our toes!
