Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support internal project management and team coordination. This role is essential in setting up and managing projects, ensuring smooth communication between team members, and keeping everything on track. Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage projects in Monday.com or a similar project management tool.
• Coordinate tasks and team assignments, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
• Serve as the internal operations support for the account executive, managing client expectations and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Track and organize project documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all deliverables remain on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Uphold project requirements, terms, and agreements with clients.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to the team, proactively addressing roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in any related field.
• 3-7yrs of experience in similar role.
• Experience in project coordination or operations management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or other project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing documents and processes.
• Ability to work remotely but maintain availability during Central Time Zone (CT) mornings, at least until noon.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.
