Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage critical financial operations, including invoicing (with multi-currency exposure), GST and TDS filings, payroll, and foreign remittances.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Invoicing: Generate and track client invoices, including multi-currency transactions.

● GST Filing: Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring compliance.

● TDS Filing: Manage timely filing of TDS returns.

● Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll and related calculations.

● Foreign Remittances: Handle international payments and compliance.

● Accounting Support: Maintain financial records and assist with audits.

● Software: Utilize accounting software (Zoho experience is a plus).

Required Qualifications:

● Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, including TDS & GST filings, invoicing (multi-currency), payroll, and foreign remittances.

● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

● Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with Zoho or other accounting software.

● Basic knowledge of Salesforce or cloud-based CRM systems
