Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Direct Tax Compliance: Filing of all tax returns, including Income Tax, TDS, TCS etc.
• Indirect Tax Compliance: Filing of all GST returns, including GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 6, ITC 04, GSTR 9, GSTR 9C etc. Reconciliation of GSTR 2A / 2B with ITC booked in Purchase Register, timely communication with concerned teams for necessary actions.
• Review of Purchase Register / Sales Register / ITC Register and tax-related reports for both Direct and Indirect taxes to identify potential tax risks / opportunities and compliances. Supervising Transaction for correct GST accounting - Sales Register/ Purchase Register.
• Preparation of periodic tax reports for management and statutory purposes.
• Conducting internal tax compliance reviews for both Direct and Indirect taxes and implement corrective measures as required.
• Liaisoning with Tax Departments for any queries and assessments. Maintaining working relationships with external tax consultants, auditors, and Tax Departments.
• Accounting entries of TDS and GST in SAP and its reconciliation with records submitted in returns.
• Sound Knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Excel is must.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Com/ M.Com/ Inter CA with an experience of 3-4 years
