Account Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Taking care of monthly filing of GSTR 1 and 3B.
• In-depth understanding of GST laws, rules, and notifications.
• Practical experience in GST registration, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in conducting statutory audits in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including preparing balance sheets, auditor's reports, etc.
• Support in reviewing and assessing financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Apply your understanding of indirect taxation and balance sheet preparation to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in TDS deduction, remittance, and compliance procedures.
• Utilize auditing principles, techniques, and best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.
• Proficiently use Tally as the prime accounting software.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve financial objectives.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures within the architecture industry.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting roles within the service industry. prefer experience in CA firm.
• Strong understanding of indirect taxation and balance sheet preparation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
