About the Role

As an Engineering Lead, you will be at the forefront of project execution, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and guide teams through the entire development lifecycle. You will balance hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a motivated team. While it s great if you have hands-on experience in few of the technologies we use (Python, Flutter, Java, PostgreSQL, etc.), we understand you may not be an expert in all of them. We value strong engineering fundamentals, architecture skills, and a willingness to learn above everything else.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Architect & Design Solutions :
  
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  
  Apply best practices and patterns to ensure maintainability, security, and performance.
• Lead & Mentor :
  
  Provide guidance to developers, reviewing code and encouraging continuous improvement.
  
  Create an environment that fosters learning and innovation, especially as technology evolves.
• Project Ownership :
  
  Work across the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment while proactively troubleshooting issues.
  
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Stay Current & Explore New Tech :
  
  Investigate and evaluate new frameworks, tools, and AI/ML opportunities.
  
  Continuously refine our tech stack to balance innovation with reliability and performance.
• Skills We re Looking For :
• Web/Mobile Development :
  
  Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) for front-end, and/or Flutter for mobile.
  
  Knowledge of modern SPA architecture and best practices.
• Backend & Databases :
  
  Exposure to Python (FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot) for API development.
  
  Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
  
  Understanding of software design patterns and ability to apply them effectively.
• AI/ML (good-to-have) :
  
  Interest or basic knowledge in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) or integrating AI-driven features into applications.
• DevOps & Cloud :
  
  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
  
  Experience deploying to public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Work Experience Requirements :
  
  7 10 years of total experience
