Lead Back-End Developer

• Iterate and improve the product frequently while shipping fast and learning from users
• Lead back-end implementation, actively participate in product and design discussions, and directly learn from them
• Build a ground-breaking AI solution while collaborating closely with knowledgeable founders and a talented team of developers
• Thrive in a tight-knit startup setting
• Actively participate in the ongoing improvement and growth of the Flask-based server architecture
• Create trustworthy Python code that is effective, reusable, and maintainable for the back-end services
• Adapt the current stack to new goods, tools, and technology as they develop
• Work directly with front-end developers and other team members to make sure that web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and React are integrated seamlessly
• Conduct code reviews, give feedback to coworkers, and participate in a continuous improvement culture
• Improve the performance, scalability, and stability of the present Flask server infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4-7+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• 4-8+ years of experience working with Python back-end development
• 3+ years of experience working with technologies for web development, like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, etc.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and a commitment to the ownership and accountability culture
• Strong capacity for problem-solving, adaptability, and a desire to learn
• Nice to have an interest in generative AI and to stay informed about the latest advances in this field, such as ChatGPT, ChatGPT Plugins, Langchain, AgentGPT, Pinecone, etc.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
